Registration and payment terms
Payments can only be done via our website or through invoice. When you register and pay for a service you will receive a confirmation via email when the order is processed. Once job coaching sessions have been purchased they are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Cancellation and Refund fee
Once individual job coaching session have started, no refund is offered in full. In the case that the career coach is not available during your preferred hours and we can offer you a different career coach within your preferred time frame, no refund will be issued. If for any reason a situation arises that prevents you from completing the job coaching sessions (for example, medical emergency, international move, etc.) you may be reimbursed for the number of coaching sessions that remain unused.
