Cooking class

We continue with our international online cooking classes in November!

Have you ever tried to cook Chinese food at home? How did it go? Is it too difficult? The answers to these questions should be NO! Now there is an opportunity for you to learn two delicious, simple and traditional Chinese dishes in a one-hour session. Our Chinese home maker Jiewen will share her personal recipes with you, guide you step by step and make you believe that Chinese cuisine can be easy, fun and cheerful to make in your daily life. Please find the two recipes below for your reference.

Cold Chicken Dish

Ingredients: (For 2-3 persons)

  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 3 cloves of garlic

  2. Add salt, soy sauce and sesame oil to the bowl with chicken, then mix them well.
  3. Chop the garlics, corianders and chilies to very small pieces, then put them on the top of the chicken.
  4. Fry some oil in a pan until it is very hot, then pour it on the top of garlic, corianders, chilies in the bowl. (This step is to make the garlic, corianders and chilies to taste more)
  5. You just need to mix everything, and now you get a delicious Chinese traditional cold dish!

*Suggest serving with rice.
