We are happy to have author and holistic wellness coach Vandana Sehgal as inspirational speaker of the month. Vandana will focus her talk on:
How to maintain focus on the fear due to crisis?
With everything happening around us in these unprecedented times, many feel fear, hopelessness anad anxiety. We will focus this Coffee Morning on how maintain focus on the fear being felt due to current crisis. The objective will be to accept what it is and use the situation to best of the advantage. Vandana will also share some calming techniques to help people in dealing with anxiety of unpredictable so we can take charge of life and get into progressive and positive mindset.
The Expat Coffee Morning is a friendly and welcoming place for expats to gather over a fika, listen to an inspirational keynote and meet new friends and contacts. The speaker of the month, Vandana Sehgal, is a holistic wellness coach and author of the book I Love Myself-Discover a Life Through Self-Love.
